What happens when you run out
Running out is not a lockout.
An empty balance stops new sends, including replacement requests.
You can continue preparing templates and viewing your accessible agreements and completion records.
Recipients can still complete requests that were already sent.
An owner can buy more under Documents and billing. Account or workspace suspension is a separate condition that can restrict access.
You should see
Adding documents restores new sends when the account and workspace are otherwise active.
If it did not work
Check whether the problem is an empty balance, billing restriction or suspension. Follow the message shown in the app rather than repeatedly sending.
