Retention defaults

How long things are kept, and what that means for your own obligations.

Open Settings to see the periods.

Organization settings: name, province, signing language, logo, retention defaults and privacy choices.
- 1Your logo appears on invitation emails and on the signing screen. Click anywhere in this panel to upload one.
Completed agreements and their records: seven years.
Draft, declined, expired and cancelled agreements: ninety days.
Technical and security logs: twelve months.
A removed user, or a closed account: thirty days before it is final.

You can compare these against whatever your own sector requires, which is the point of publishing them.

If it did not work

Your obligations are longer than seven years. Keep your own copies as well — these are product defaults, not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for your own records.

You need something deleted sooner. Write to [email protected].
