Organization profile, address and logo
What your clients see when a document arrives from you.
An owner or administrator opens Settings.
1Organization profile, address, signing language, logo, retention policy and essential-only app privacy information. Screenshots use a demonstration workspace. - 1Your logo appears on invitation emails and on the signing screen. Click anywhere in this panel to upload one.
Update the organization name and address fields. Text fields save when you leave them; province, country and language selections save when changed.
Click the Organization logo panel to choose a PNG, JPG or WebP smaller than 2 MB. Use a readable logo suited to the signing and email backgrounds.
Check for a saved confirmation or error after each change.
You should see
The organization name and logo are used in the signing experience and relevant emails. Province and address details also support purchasing.
If it did not work
Members and Read-only users cannot change organization settings.
The sign-in email is a personal account field, separate from the organization profile.
