Forgot your password
Getting back in when you cannot remember it.
On Sign in, first choose Sign in with password. Then choose Forgot your password.
Password sign-in remains available alongside magic links. Screenshots use a demonstration workspace. Enter your registered email and press Send reset link.

Follow the newest reset link and choose a new password of at least twelve characters.
The password is changed and other signed-in sessions end. Follow the page back into your account; an enabled authenticator remains part of sign-in.
If the link is expired or already used, request another reset link.
If you can still read the registered mailbox, you can also sign in using a magic link.
A reset email does not replace your authenticator or backup code. Contact support if both access methods have been lost.
