Privacy choices

What is optional, and what is currently switched on.

Settings explains the app’s privacy behaviour. Essential sign-in, security, signing and delivery functionality is always on.

Organization profile, address, signing language, logo, retention policy and essential-only app privacy information. Screenshots use a demonstration workspace.
- 1Your logo appears on invitation emails and on the signing screen. Click anywhere in this panel to upload one.
No analytics or advertising tools run inside the app, so there are no analytics/marketing switches there.
The public marketing website has its own Privacy choices banner. Choose Essential only or Allow analytics there; that choice is separate from workspace settings.

You know which controls exist in the app and where public-website cookie choices are made.

If it did not work

Read the Privacy Policy for collected data and retention. A cookie preference does not disable necessary security or signing functions.
