How document credits work
What is charged for, and what is not.
Preparing costs nothing. Uploading, building templates, placing fields, adding colleagues — all free, as many times as you like.
One credit is used when you send a signature request. However many people it goes to, and whether or not they all finish.
Sending the same agreement again is a second credit. So is replacing one you cancelled.
A new workspace gets three credits, once. After that you buy a pack.
Credits are valid twelve months from the day you get them, and the balance expiring soonest is used first.
The number in the bottom-left of the screen is how many more requests you can send.
You expected a credit back after cancelling. Credits are used at send, not at completion.
You are not sure what expires when. The billing page lists each batch and its date.
