Create a free organization workspace and verify the email address you will use to sign in.
A work email address you can read today, because we send a link to it that you have to open.
Open Create an account. Enter your first name, optional last name, and work email.

- 2Your organization's name. It appears in every signing invitation you send.
- 3The province your organization is in. It sets the sales tax on any purchase.
- 4Press Create free workspace when the form is complete.
Enter the organization name and choose its province or territory. Add the optional logo now, or later in Settings.
Choose a password of at least twelve characters. This remains available alongside magic-link sign-in and is also used to unlock an in-person hand-over.
Accept the Terms of Service and press Create free workspace.
Open the verification email and follow its link. If you do not see it, check spam and use Resend verification email from the registration confirmation screen.
Your verified account opens the workspace. The first visit includes an introduction and a guided tour; you can skip or reopen the tour.
Already registered? Use Sign in and request a magic link instead of creating another account.
Verification links can expire or be used already. Request a new verification email from registration or the password sign-in screen if prompted.
The province list shows where the service is currently offered. If your organization is not listed, contact [email protected].
