Download the completion record. This is the one people overlook, and it is the one that answers questions later.
The record says who signed, when, from what address and browser, in which language, by which method, the exact wording of what they agreed to and a fingerprint of it, and anyone who helped them.
Keep both. Anyone can check a signed document against its record at any time, without an account.

You have two files: the agreement, and the evidence for it.
You only kept the signed PDF. The record is still here — open the agreement and download it.
Somebody disputes a signature. The completion record is what you produce. It is held in a form that nothing in this service can edit after the fact, which is most of what makes it worth having.
