A magic link expires after fifteen minutes, works once, and is replaced when you request a newer one. Treat the link as a sign-in credential.
If you have enabled two-factor authentication, enter the current six-digit code from your authenticator app. If you lost the phone, choose Use a backup code.

If you have not enabled an authenticator, the setup screen may appear. Setup is currently optional during testing: choose Skip for now when offered, or follow Set up an authenticator. Once enabled, its code is required on future sign-ins.

You reach your workspace after completing the sign-in steps. Magic-link sign-in continues to the template library; password sign-in may return you to the page you were opening.
No message? Check the exact address, spam folder, and whether the account has been verified. The same confirmation is shown for unknown or inactive addresses.
An expired, used, or older magic link will not work. Return to Sign in and request a new one. Open only the newest message.
Authenticator codes change regularly. Check your phone clock and use the current code, or one of your unused backup codes.
For a forgotten password, choose Sign in with password and then Forgot your password. A magic link is another option when you still control the registered mailbox.
