Export your data

Getting a copy of everything held about you.

Open the account menu and choose Your data.
Your data: what is kept about you, how long for, how to export it, and how to close the account. Screenshots use a demonstration workspace.
Under Take a copy, choose Build my archive. Wait while the app prepares it.
Choose Download it now to save the ZIP file. The page records the export request and download expiry.
Keep the archive securely. It can contain profile data, organizations, agreements and their available artifacts.

You should see

You download the archive directly from the app; an email is not required to obtain it.

If it did not work

If a download link has expired or you left the page before saving the file, return and build a fresh archive.

The archive contains data accessible to your account. It is not a shortcut to another member’s private documents.
