A full year of validity on every pack
Unused documents stay yours until the twelve months are up. Nothing is forfeited at the end of a month, because there are no months — there is only the balance you bought and the date it expires.

What counts as a document
The rules, in four sentences.
One credit per send
A credit is used when you send a signature request, however many people it goes to, and whether or not all of them finish. Sending the same agreement again is a second credit. A document a recipient declines still counts — the credit was used when it was sent.
Earliest expiry first
If you hold more than one pack, the balance closest to expiring is spent first, so nothing is wasted by accident. Your billing page shows what expires when.
Running out is not a lockout
At zero, you can still open completed agreements, download records, and prepare drafts. Only sending stops until you buy more.
Taxes and receipts
What you are charged, and what you get back.
Every price on this page is in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. GST or HST is added at checkout at the rate for the province in your billing address, and your receipt shows the tax separately along with our registration number, so your bookkeeper can claim the input tax credit.
