Buying a pack
Adding documents when you run low. No subscription, nothing to cancel.
You have to be an owner. Payment is by card, handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
Open Plan and billing.
Choose a pack. The larger ones cost less per document, and you can buy the same one several times.
Press Buy. You are taken to Stripe’s payment page, which asks for your card and billing address.
The address sets the sales tax, so it has to be your organization’s real one.
Complete the payment. You come back to the billing page and the credits are there.
Your available documents go up immediately, and a receipt appears against the purchase.
The payment page did not open. That usually means the pack has no price configured yet. Write to [email protected] and say which pack.
You need the receipt for your bookkeeper. Open Plan and billing and press Receipt beside the purchase. It shows the tax separately and names our registration number.
